This offer grants two adults a 7-night condo stay at one of hundreds of destinations in the U.S., Canada, and The Bahamas.
Destinations are based upon availability, and may change from time to time. A list of current locations is on your certificate.
You must select two different destinations, and two different travel dates. The first travel date choice must be at least 90 days after the Issue Date located on your certificate, and your second choice must be at least 45 days after your first choice.
This will depend on the destination. You will be notified at the time of booking (a surcharge may be required).
This offer only includes resort accommodations for seven nights for two adults 21 years of age or older.
To redeem this offer send in your completed Activation Form, along with your refundable deposit, via certified mail. After we receive your Activation Form and deposit, you will be sent a Reservation Request Form where you will then select your desired location choices and travel dates. Send in your completed Reservation Request Form along with your non-refundable $99.00 per person in resort taxes and fees, and one of our travel reservationists will contact you via telephone to confirm your itinerary.
You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify Customer Choice Rewards in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to:

Cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to forfeiture of all paid fees and deposits. Cancellation penalties may apply and certificate will be ineligible for future use.
Yes, your certificate expires exactly one year after the Issue Date located on your certificate.
No, Customer Choice Rewards does not accept personal checks for any of the required fees.

After returning from your stay you are entitled to submit a request for your refundable deposit. This request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your return, and you must include a copy of your hotel/resort receipts along with your request. Please allow 4 weeks for processing, or, if we cannot accommodate your travel request, and you do not secure a confirmed reservation, you have 30 days to submit a request for a full refund of both your refundable deposit, and non-refundable hotel/resort taxes fee.
