This offer grants two adults, and up to two children, a 2-night hotel stay at one of over 30 destinations in the U.S., Canada, and the Bahamas.
Destinations are based upon availability, and may change from time to time. A list of current locations is on your certificate.
You must select 2 different destinations, and 2 different travel dates. The 1st travel date choice must be at least 30 days in advance, and your second choice must be at least 30 days after your first choice.
Yes. You may bring up to two (2) children under the age of eighteen (18).
This offer only includes hotel accommodations for 2 nights at one of our available destinations.
To redeem this offer send in your completed activation form along with your refundable deposit. After we receive your activation form and deposit, you will be sent a reservation request form where you will then select your desired location choices and travel dates. Send in your completed reservation request form along with your non refundable deposit $12.40 per night ($24.80 Total) in hotel taxes and fees, and one of our travel reservationists will contact you via telephone to confirm your itinerary.
You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify Customer Choice Rewards in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to “Customer Choice Rewards, PO Box 1365, Tarpon Springs, FL, 35688”. Cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to forfeiture of all paid fees and deposits. Cancellation may apply and certificate will ineligible for future use.
Yes, your certificate expires exactly 1 year after the issue date located on your certificate.
Yes, Customer Choice Rewards accepts personal checks for the “Time 2 Get Away!” offer.

After returning from your stay, you are entitled to submit a request for your refundable deposit. This request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your return, and you must include a copy of your hotel/resort receipts along with your request. Please allow 4 weeks for processing, or, if we cannot accommodate your travel request, and you do not secure a confirm reservation, you have 30 days to submit a request for a full refund of both your refundable deposit, and non-refundable deposit hotel/resort taxes and fees.
